The platform supporting this app reports current technical security observations for the published deployment. These may cover connection and browser security, dependency checks, software inventory, database row-level protections, and enabled security-remediation capabilities.

The linked Trust Center is generated and maintained by the underlying platform. EmerickTech does not edit its findings. It provides deployment-specific evidence, not a certification, audit, compliance attestation, or independent assurance.

EmerickTech AI Systems is delivered over HTTPS and currently supports email-and-password authentication and Sign in with Google.

When Google sign-in is used, Google and the managed authentication service process the information needed to authenticate the account, which may include an email address, name, profile information, and account identifier. EmerickTech does not receive the user's Google password.

Managed infrastructure supports hosting, authentication, database services, server-side functions, and AI generation. Protected application data and administrative functions are subject to application and database authorization controls.

EmerickTech and its service providers may process:

• Account and authentication information
• Basic profile information supplied through Google sign-in
• Purchase, subscription, and product-access records
• Feature selections, preferences, and workflow inputs
• Saved workflow names, selections, input snapshots, prompts, and any saved AI drafts
• Smart Prefill and AI-generation usage and metering information
• Support communications and technical, security, or diagnostic logs

This information is used to authenticate users, provide and secure app features, enforce access and usage limits, provide support, and maintain the service. EmerickTech does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

The app can turn structured workflow inputs into a copy-ready prompt. Manually entering information, building or copying a prompt, or saving a workflow does not by itself request AI-model processing.

Smart Prefill and Generate AI Output are user-initiated AI actions. Smart Prefill uses supplied context to suggest workflow field values, while Generate AI Output uses workflow information to prepare a draft. When you request either feature, the information needed for that request is processed through managed AI infrastructure.

Selecting Save Workflow stores the submitted inputs, current prompt, and any AI draft as a named snapshot in your account. Results are not automatically added to a saved history. You can read, copy, rename, or delete saved workflows, including after Builder access ends. Using the inputs to build a new result requires applicable access. Deleting a saved workflow removes it from active app storage; service-provider backups may follow separate retention schedules.

Users should not enter unnecessary confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information. Suggested field values and AI-generated drafts may contain errors or unsupported assumptions and must be reviewed and corrected before use.

The app does not autonomously send messages, dispatch vendors, update external systems, make professional or regulated decisions, or execute workflows without user review.

EmerickTech uses third-party providers for hosting, authentication, database services, AI generation, payments, analytics, and communications. These providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices, configurations, and retention practices.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies may be used for sessions, security, preferences, application state, analytics, and communications.

Information is retained for periods appropriate to its purpose. Account information may be retained while an account is active. Purchase, entitlement, accounting, security, and related records may be retained as reasonably necessary for operational, legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security purposes.

Report suspected security vulnerabilities through the EmerickTech Contact page. Do not conduct testing that accesses another user's information, alters data, disrupts availability, generates excessive traffic, attempts social engineering, or violates applicable law.

EmerickTech AI Systems supports industry-specific workflow selection, structured inputs, prompt building, Smart Prefill, user-initiated AI drafts, and saving workflows for reuse. Feature availability depends on your access level and applicable usage limits.

It does not currently:

• Send communications or execute workflows on a user's behalf
• Dispatch vendors or update external business systems
• Operate as an autonomous AI agent
• Replace a CRM, property management system, or transaction management platform
• Provide legal, compliance, brokerage, financial, lending, lease-interpretation, or other professional advice
• Make professional or regulated decisions for the user
